At Espirits Riche, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date, provided that the item is in its original condition with all tags and labels attached.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a return shipping label, and once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment.

Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. We also cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
