Standard Orders

We offer standard shipping within the United States and international shipping to select countries.

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location:

• United States — typically 3–5 business days
• International — may take up to 2–3 weeks

Pre-Orders

Pre-ordered items are produced in batches to match demand, which allows us to maintain quality and minimize waste as an independent operation. Because of this:

• Estimated fulfillment dates are listed on each product page and in your order confirmation email.
• Production timelines are our best estimate — we build everything in small batches and occasionally delays may occur.
• Shipping method applies once the item is ready to ship, not from the date of order.
• Partial shipping: If you order a mix of in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship the in-stock items first. Contact us if you'd like to adjust this.

If timelines shift, we'll notify you directly with an updated estimate.
